We breed pet and show line cockatiels and  Lineolated Parakeets ( Linnies)  here in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Our birds are all hand fed and we pride ourselves in raising high quality pets and breeding stock.

We spoil our birds by providing them with daily flying time and feeding them a varied diet of seeds, pellets, and fresh vegetables.

Chicks are raised in our living room with a lot of one-on-one interaction and affection with all family members.  This kind of environment also allows them to become accustomed to loving human interaction as well as day-to-day household noises.  Most of them love to give kisses, sit on the shoulder and and will step up on the hand- they enjoy head scratches and are used to beeing handled.

All our breeding pairs are part of our family and  dear to our hearts. We don't over -breed our hens and limit them to two clutches a year at the most. Breeding is a hobby for us - not a business. The happieness and health of our birds is most important to us as our show birds and breeders are also our pets .

We band all our chicks with traceable bands according to state law and are proud members of the NCS and MSAS.

We have chicks and adult cockatiels available most of the year - please call us for availability.


NOTE:  Breeder birds are NOT sold as pets - they might be not as tame or are simply more interested in only bird-to-bird companionship.  Many of them come from show lines and will be sold with pedigrees and breeding records.
